Is there a free version of Bardeen?

Yes, you can always use Bardeen.ai for free. The free plan is designed for individuals and small teams who want to get started with Bardeen.ai. With this plan, you can run unlimited non-premium automations and share them with an unlimited number of teammates.

What happens if a free trial ends?

During the trial, you’ll have access to all features in the Pro version of Bardeen.ai. After the trial, you’ll automatically be downgraded to the free plan if you do nothing. If you chose to keep your paid plan, you will need to enter your payment details, and confirm.

What is the difference between premium and non-premium automation?

Certain integrations and actions are premium. Playbooks/Autobooks with premium integrations and actions are premium Playbooks/Autobooks. All always-on Playbooks/Autobooks, which are cloud-based and can run 24/7 even when your computer is off, are considered premium.

What is a credit and what can I do with credits?

Credits are the currency that equate to different premium actions and outcomes. Only premium playbook runs will consume credits. All non-premium playbooks remain available for unlimited usage, free of charge.

What if I exceed my plan's credit limit?

If you exceed your credit limit during the billing period, your premium automations will temporarily pause until the credit resets at the start of the next billing period. There will be no overage fees. Your non-premium playbooks will not be affected and will continue to run normally. You always have unlimited non-premium playbooks. If you need to resume your premium playbooks before the next billing period, you can upgrade to receive more credits.

Bardeen extension runs locally in your browser, so all your data stays with you. You can choose to run the automations on the cloud if you prefer the automations to run even when your local device is off.

Can I change my account email and keep my automations?

It's not possible right now to change your email or transfer your Playbooks in bulk. But it is possible to transfer them one by one. There are 2 ways. 1. Share the playbooks from one account to the other. You can do this by having 2 chrome profiles. 2. Or export/import the playbooks from the Settings page. The biggest limitation is you won't be able to edit the scraper templates from shared playbooks.

Mixo has Unsplash integrated into the image selector, so you can find images that fit your site easily. To access this, simply click Add (or on an existing image if one is selected) to bring up the image selector.
Here you can either use Unsplash to find royalty free images for your site or upload your own. To use it:
1. Simply enter a search term in the box
2. Click Search
3. Select an image for it to be automatically injected into your site
