Q: How do I download my Soundful tracks?

To download one of your created tracks go to My Library and select the Get button on your desired track. A popup will appear prompting you to select a download option. This popup will also show you how many of each download type is available. Select Render & Download.

Soundful loops are generated from scratch each time and can vary in complexity. This can create some unique samples!

What is the difference between a loop and a track?

A loop is small set of sounds that has been edited to be repeated seamlessly. Tracks are full length songs that don’t necessarily repeat seamlessly. Loops are a great way to add a little spice to your track, whether it’s a simple drum beat or shaker sample!

Can I sell a track I made using Soundful as royalty-free music?

If you would like to sell any of your Soundful tracks as is you will need to own the copyright of that track. You may not distribute any unedited Soundful content as royalty-free samples or loops without owning this copyright.
Copyright is available for purchase through the Music Creator Plus plan!

Soundful is inexpensive and you get what you pay for.

I played around with the Free version. The higher tiers may have more options but it seems like the functionality is the same. Essentially you pick a genre/mood/style and then select a template within those ranges. You are then given a number of generated songs to listen to. You pick one you like and use that as your foundation. All you can change is BPM, base notes and major/minor keys. You can’t select different instruments or a song length so the customization is rather limited. The quality of the songs are good and the audio is clear. You have to pay $9.99 or more per month to download stems if you want to customize the sound. Soundful is easy to use and may be useful depending on your need but it is not a versatile song creator.
