Cyber Monday was the largest named U.S. online sales day in Adobe Analytics' 2025 holiday results, reaching $14.25B. Black Friday followed at $11.8B, while Thanksgiving generated $6.4B.
- Cyber Monday was 20.8% larger than Black Friday online.
- Black Friday still reached 82.8% of Cyber Monday's online spend.
- Adobe measured direct consumer transactions across U.S. retail sites, not worldwide retail sales.
Why the scope matters
The ranking compares named single days measured by the same company, in the same currency, market, period and transaction dataset. It does not assume Adobe sees every U.S. purchase or that a U.S. winner is automatically the world's largest sales event.
