I use Gemini through Google’s Antigravity CLI for bulk translation: new interface strings and page copy for ScribeToAny go out to 20 languages in one pass. For structured, high-volume translation it saves a lot of time. It isn’t set-and-forget, though: I always run a validation pass afterwards, because it sometimes produces awkward phrasing, such as writing “more than 134+” for a number that already had a plus sign.

All of ScribeToAny’s payments go through Stripe: Checkout for monthly and annual plans plus one-time minute packs, the customer portal for self-serve billing, and webhooks that update our database. When a customer’s bank declined a renewal, Stripe’s automatic retry collected it a couple of days later without me doing anything. Things to know: set each product’s tax category yourself instead of leaving the general default, and test your webhooks in test mode before going live. The docs are some of the best I’ve used.

I build and run ScribeToAny, a transcription web app, mostly on my own, and Claude Code does most of the hands-on work: app code on Cloudflare Workers, database migrations, copy across the site’s 21 languages, and daily ops checks. What works: it reads the codebase before changing anything, follows the project rules I keep in CLAUDE.md, and runs lint and builds itself. What to watch: you still need to review every change and keep guardrails in place (I use a hook that blocks deploys and production database writes). Large tasks use up your plan’s limits quickly.
