This makes sense when you consider that 94% of workers have performed repetitive tasks in their roles. For this reason, half of the business leaders are planning to automate business tasks in the future. 

So far, results for business automation have been positive.

That said: 57% of IT leaders have witnessed cost savings up to 50% due to automated processes. About 69% of managerial work will be automated by 2024. 

Workers think that automation is worthwhile, too.

For example, 67% of knowledge workers say automation has made them more productive. Moreover, 65% are less stressed after manual tasks have become automated.

We’ve all seen firsthand how online shopping and delivery have become automated. According to experts, 95% of customer-retailer interactions will take place on automated systems (such as chatbots) by 2025.

This is also true for the processes behind eCommerce.

For example, automated warehouses are becoming commonplace, with an expected growth of 13,6% by 2025, reaching nearly $31 billion in market value.

Sales is another business area where automation is taking over. In addition, 47% of teams are opting for automation in order to boost sales. This is a no-brainer considering the great results of sales automation, including:
