This makes sense when you consider that 94% of workers have performed repetitive tasks in their roles. For this reason, half of the business leaders are planning to automate business tasks in the future. 

So far, results for business automation have been positive.

That said: 57% of IT leaders have witnessed cost savings up to 50% due to automated processes. About 69% of managerial work will be automated by 2024. 

Workers think that automation is worthwhile, too.

For example, 67% of knowledge workers say automation has made them more productive. Moreover, 65% are less stressed after manual tasks have become automated.

This is also true for the processes behind eCommerce.
