I organise notes, plans and project lists in Notion. Pages and databases keep everything in one place and searchable. It took a little time to learn, but now it is where all my work notes live.

Best tool I have found for making posters, thumbnails and social posts without design skills. Templates are good and the editor is simple. The free plan covers most of my daily needs.
