Sometimes it sounds more sure than it should, so I verify anything important somewhere else before acting on it.

I used ChatGPT while working on Mir Labs, mainly to explore ideas and wording when I was stuck. What I liked was how quickly it gave me a starting point I could then rewrite in my own words, instead of staring at a blank page. It did not replace my own research or writing, but it made the early messy part much faster. I would recommend it to a solo builder who needs a quick brainstorming partner.
