BlackArgus Focus

* Channel-wide comment monitoring: Focus checks published comments across the videos of a connected YouTube channel. New comments on older videos can therefore also be included in moderation. * Multi-stage scam detection: Rules and statistical analysis examine comments for suspicious offers, requests to make contact, scam funnels, and deceptive language patterns. Disguised spellings and character variations are also considered. * Potential impersonation detection: Focus examines signs that commenters are imitating a creator’s name or profile picture. Suspicious accounts and their associated comments are brought together for further review. * Automatic hiding: Once explicitly enabled, Focus can automatically hide comments classified as fraudulent. Automatic moderation can be controlled separately for individual channels. * Observation mode: Creators can first see which comments the software flags as suspicious without making any changes to their channel. * Manual review of uncertain cases: Comments that cannot be clearly classified are presented for review. The user decides whether a comment should remain visible or be hidden. * Explainable assessments: Classifications and explanations make moderation decisions reviewable. Filters help users find specific comments, authors, and assessment results. * Dashboard and analytics: Overviews show reviewed comments, suspicious posts, pending decisions, and moderation activity over time. The operational status of connected channels also remains visible.
