Love using vercel for my frontend deployments, its nice and easy to use and works perfectly with nextjs sites. Issues i have are with pricing and scaling when comparing it to hosting on other services such as cloudflare or aws.
Deploying my projects was smooth. Git deploys saved us time. The downside is usage limits.
