I use Zoho for my company on a paid plan. It’s affordable for a small business.
I use Zoom for sales demos and partner calls. It’s what most of my customers already have installed, so nobody struggles to join, and the Calendly integration adds a meeting link to every booking automatically. Downside: the free plan’s time limit on group meetings is easy to hit.
I use Calendly for demo and intro calls. It connects to my email calendar and Zoom, so bookings land in the right place with no double-booking, and confirmation emails go out automatically. Setup took minutes. Downside: some of the more useful features are only on paid plans.
I use Claude as a solo founder to write and polish copy for my startup. It follows detailed style rules well, like keeping a consistent tone and spelling. It’s like having a careful editor on call. Downside: you still need to check facts and numbers yourself before publishing.
