I just code them in Next.js and deploy on Vercel. I've been building sites since I was 15 so it's honestly faster for me than fighting a page builder, and I get full control over speed and SEO. if you don't code though Framer is probably the best option right now, the templates look way less generic than most builders
Lightroom mobile for quick fixes on phone pics, mainly exposure and colors. presets save a lot of time when I have like 20 product photos to make look consistent. for removing random objects in the background I just use the AI erase in Google Photos, works surprisingly well
Been testing Kling and Veo for this. Veo looks more realistic imo, especially faces and motion, but Kling is cheaper so I end up using it more for drafts. neither is good at long scenes yet, I keep clips under 8-10 sec and stitch them together after
CapCut desktop. auto captions alone saved me hours, I used to type subtitles by hand for my short videos which was painful. tried DaVinci Resolve for a week, super powerful but the learning curve was too much for what I need (quick reels and demo videos). maybe later if I get more serious about video
Canva for 90% of it. not a designer at all so Photoshop always felt like overkill for me. background remover + resize are the two things I use daily for product pics and thumbnails. if I need something more precise I open Photopea which is free and basically feels like photoshop in the browser
ChatGPT mostly, honestly just because I already pay for it lol. it's really good now at following the prompt and putting actual readable text in images, which I need for blog covers and social graphics. for more artsy stuff I'd probably go Midjourney but for marketing visuals it does the job
I use Higgsfield for AI video generation because it has a bunch of models in one place so I don't need 5 different subscriptions. mostly use it for short promo clips for my side projects. results are not perfect every time, sometimes takes 2 or 3 tries, but way faster than editing stuff myself
I use Notion for task management because I'm a solo founder juggling a few projects and I like having tasks, notes and docs in one place. tried Trello before but it got messy once I had more than 2 boards going. Notion took a bit to set up but now my whole week lives there
