Helpful tool for tracking time across different projects. It’s simple and helps you stay organized.

I find Gemini helpful for finding up-to-date information. But when it comes to creating articles, I still prefer ChatGPT

I like using Perplexity when I need quick research with sources. It makes finding information much easier.

If you need a simple tool for better writing, I’d recommend installing the Grammarly extension. It helps check grammar, fix mistakes, and improve your text while saving you time.

My favorite tool! I have been using Canva to create images for articles. It has everything I need, so I don’t plan to replace it with another tool for now.

When I first tried Clipchamp, it seemed a little difficult to use. But after spending some time with it, I found it easy to manage. I just hope the free features stay free and don’t become paid, like what happened with CapCut. :)

I used to use CapCut for creating tool review videos for Siteefy. However, I recently noticed that some features that were previously free are now paid. That’s why I switched to Clipchamp, and so far, I’ve found it better and more useful.

Google Drive makes it easy to organize and access files from any device. However, syncing large files can sometimes be slow, especially when working with many files at once.

TinyPNG is my go-to tool for compressing images. It’s quick, easy to use, and keeps the image quality good.

Trello is a good option for beginners. It's easy to use, just like Todoist. But keep one thing in mind: boards can slow down if they have too many cards, so it's a good idea to archive old ones from time to time.

I’ve been using WordPress for over 5 years and find it easy to publish articles. However, it can feel very slow when working with long articles that include many images.

The tool helps organize work, but it becomes clunky and confusing with larger jobs.

Great app for beginners.

I liked how the tool accurately transcribed the screen recording while I was testing it.
