I usually use Trello for task management because I like keeping everything organized visually. I can create boards for different projects, break work into smaller tasks, and move things along as I make progress. It’s especially helpful when I’m juggling multiple projects and need a quick way to see what still needs to be done. I’ve found that keeping the system simple makes it easier to stay consistent instead of spending more time organizing tasks than actually finishing them.
I've been exploring AI video generation for creating visual content without having to film everything myself. I find it useful for turning ideas and text prompts into short video clips, especially when I need visuals for social media posts. The results can vary a lot depending on how specific the prompt is, so I've learned to describe the subject, camera movement, lighting, and overall style rather than just writing a short sentence. AI-generated videos still need some tweaking, but they're a useful starting point when you don't have the footage you need.
I mainly use Canva for most of my image editing because it’s easy to work with, especially for social media posts, thumbnails, and marketing materials. I like being able to resize designs, remove backgrounds, and keep branding consistent without spending too much time on each image. For more specific edits, I sometimes use other tools depending on what the image needs. I think the best tool really depends on the task rather than trying to use one tool for everything.
